11:00 - Costume making and activities at Langley United Methodist Church

1:30 - Parade staging at the bus barn parking lot at 6th and Cascade

2:00 - Welcome the Whales parade through Langley, followed by waterside event at Seawall Park

Date and Time TBD - special screening of the new gray whale documentary The Way of the Whale.
